Job Description

        Manage cloud services as AWS, Google Workspace, etc

• Manage telecom services as switches, wireless controller, access points, etc.
• Manage Infra pillar projects coming from HQ, Regional and Local ones.
• Manage and troubleshoot servers, storages, etc.
• Clear and assertive communication with BUs about all infra themes that impact End-User.
• Work with Cyber Security pillar managing accounts, profiles, applications, softwares, security, backups, inventory, data protection, privacy.
• Be in charge of awareness campaigns for VWT NA offices regarding Infrastructure & Cloud related activities. 
• Manage complex IT support requests via Service Desk system
• Escalate advanced cases to VWT HQ
• Assure continuity of the computer and network system for all system users
• Research software products and applicability to organizational environment
• Manage and troubleshoot selected software and hardware products both locally and remotely
• Manage, and troubleshoot telephone system 
• Troubleshoot hardware as necessary and work closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service.
• Keep updated the asset inventory, contract & license management, changes, etc.
• Manage services from IS&T providers.
• Recommend changes in software and hardware to improve system and network capabilities.
• Perform system testings and updates
• Maintain service records
• Maintain IT documentation
• Work together with the Service Desk manager in the acquisition of information systems, carrying out the corresponding functional analysis of design, implementation, training, evaluation and maintenance of IT systems (hardware and software).
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent experience if missing a degree
• Mandatory advanced English language proficiency
• French language a plus, not required.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE

• 8 + years of related work experience
• Must be proficient in Cloud Services, Telecom Services (Switches, Controllers, Access point, etc), VoIP,Google, MS Windows Desktop Operating Systems, MS Windows Server Operating Systems including Active Directory and TCP/IP networking knowledge
• Project Management to handle IS&T Infrastructure and Cloud projects working with all teams.
• CCNA Certification or similar ones to manage all switches, wireless controllers, access points, etc for LATAM offices.
• Cloud Certifications.
• Server & Network Administration
