Maintenance Planner in Gum Springs, AR at Veolia North America

Job Description

1. Works with Maintenance Department on a daily basis to: vet out all new work orders generated, record actuals from departments daily work, print out work orders for following day’s planned work, input daily paperwork into the system. 
   
2. Works with the Maintenance Department to continually improve the computerized maintenance management system with focus on the preventative maintenance and asset applications.
   
3. Runs ad hoc reports such as labor utilization report for the Maintenance Department. Prints out and distributes PM work orders to the appropriate owner.
   
4. Supports the Maintenance Department in its transition from reactive maintenance to predictive and preventative maintenance by attending weekly maintenance program meetings and following through on action items. Supports the Maintenance Department in outage planning.
   
5. Assists the storeroom in its use of the CMMS with focus on the inventory, assets, and spare parts applications. 
   
6. Performs the counting, checking, sorting and storage of materials and products.
   
7. Assures the prompt and correct filling of requisitions and expedites material on back orders. 
   
8. Performs QA/QC to verify material  orders match specifications.
   
9. Accurately records receipts and withdrawals and directs invoices and credits to proper accounts. 
   
10. Administers the warehousing, moving and loading of materials and products within the facility.
    
11. Other duties as assigned
