Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license. (Washington resident or demonstration of a current state resident driver’s license.)
- Good mechanical aptitude and practical experience in an industrial facility.
- Maintains upkeep of facility grounds, buildings, vehicles, tractors, boats, trailers and associated equipment.
- Must have the ability to perform considerable walking, climbing, and moderate-to-heavy lifting and carrying.
- Ability to work overtime, shift work or weekends as assigned.
- Must maintain an acceptable appearance, be honest and trustworthy.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ensures enforcement, compliance and adherence to all plant, company safety policies and be part of the safety culture.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and generate computer reports using google sheets, excel and docs programs.
- Have some knowledge of SCADA systems.
- Maintains an effective working relationship with all plant personnel, clients, and regulatory agency staff. Being a diplomat is very important.
Desired Qualifications: - CDL license
- Electrical background with ability to read blueprint drawings
- Operation of heavy equipment, which may include; Back Hoe, Dozer, Forklift, Grade all or Track Hoe equipment
- Operations of water systems, water flume hydraulics and water reservoir management
A basic knowledge of SCADA, PLC, Network/Security and HMI systems. Including Wonderware, GIS google earth software, computer asset management, computer software installation, troubleshooting and repair. - Basic operation and maintenance of hydraulic power units with understanding of Electro hydraulic pumps controls
- Vegetation maintenance which may include operation of weed eaters, chainsaws, etc.
- Fish screen operations
