Job Description

The Program Manager, Human Resources will help take cross-team projects, global frameworks and their planning to the next level. You will plan, run, and deliver projects designed to improve the HR function in an organization. In addition to expert HR knowledge and experience, a Human Resources Program Manager is also able to plan a project, set timelines and milestones, allocate resources, manage budgets, and deliver results.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Hold the HR Team and their stakeholders to account when it comes to projects, their planning and deliverables, making sure we remain on track
  • Set-up and manage HR team project tracking process
  • Produce project highlight reports (bi-weekly/monthly)
  • Set-up, manage and/or support project review, approval, prioritization and initiation processes
  • Ensure suitable treatment for sensitive, high priority, or significant business impacting projects
  • Create PM tool-kit to help ensure projects teams have the correct toolsets and processes in place to deliver projects successfully
  • Collaborate with peers to determine relevant project KPIs
  • Work closely with Internal Communications team to ensure alignment across projects & communications that will be cascaded to all-team or regions
  • Support the identification of business improvement/simplification initiatives and the conversion of these into projects through leads and stakeholders
  • Support/organize HR Meeting: weekly HR Leadership meeting, monthly Business Partner meeting, Quarterly HR Town Hall, Annual HR Seminar
  • Coordinate with HR Veolia Group Team concerning all the Veolia Group HR projects and initiatives
  • Prepare and steer HR budget in coordination with HR budget leader and Financial Control
  • Create and animate full HR communities (around 120 people) in sharing information, HR policies and guidelines, events…

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required.
  • At least five (5) years of related experience required.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
  • Proficient with Google Suite or related software

Required Certification / License Training 

  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications preferred
