Position Overview:
Enovity, a Veolia company, is seeking a Project Coordinator for our San Francisco office, whom has two years of accounting, administrative or similar experience years. The Project Coordinator will be project accounting functions on assigned projects as defined by Project Accounting Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and assist with monthly project invoices including preparation, review, posting and issuance. This position reports to assigned Account Director(s) with functional reporting to Accounting.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure projects are updated with accurate information
• Update project Compensation & Percent Complete values in accordance
• Assist in Accounts Receivable activities on assigned projects
• Responsible for updating project administration data such as client and contract information
• Timesheet and Expense Reports review and QA for all assigned projects
• Vendor invoice coding and Purchase Order issuance for assigned projects
• Manages all project planning and forecasting for the Account Director and Project Managers
• Manages the standard monthly and ad hoc reports to the Account Director and Project Manager as requested
• Attends monthly OER meetings, documents recommended adjustments and executes those adjustments for each assigned project
• Assists in the development of guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
• Assists in the development of Key Performance Indicators for the Account Director and Project Managers
• Updating project planning and forecasting as directed by the Account Director(s) and Project Manager(s)
• In addition to the above, other duties may be assigned to you, but only to the extent that you are able to complete the above listed responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college education from an accredited institution with major course work in accounting, business administration, or a closely related field, or 
• Two (2) years of accounting, administrative or similar experience in a fast paced, large volume professional and customer service oriented environment
