POSITION PURPOSE

Will be working as part of a 2-3 man crew.  Typical work will entail performing maintenance on municipal water towers and ground storage tanks.  Typical work schedule will require starting at the service center on Monday mornings, then traveling to various project locations throughout the week.  Typically returning home Friday.  Some weekends are required.

PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proper Implementation of Safety Practices and use of PPE
• Maintain professional appearance
• Customer Communication Skills
• Attention to Quality of work and Housekeeping
• Completing projects efficiently

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Field Work
• Driving from project to project
• Maintaining and storing proper records of maintenance activities

Qualifications

Education / Experience / Background

• High School Diploma is a plus
• GED
• Experience with industrial and/or municipal water systems would be a plus.  
• Knowledge of electricity, controls is a plus.

Knowledge / Skill / Abilities

• Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft office Excel, Word, Outlook), Saving and Emailing documents
• Motivated and productive team member
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Safety Orientated

Required Certification / Licenses / Training

• OSHA 10 Certification
• AWS or equal Welding certification required
• ASME IX is a plus
• Class A CDL is a Plus

Physical Requirements

• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Must be able to climb and work at heights
