About the Company:
Veolia ES Technical Solutions, LLC is a global operation that provides for the collection, chemical analysis, transportation, disposal, and process treatment of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.  The 100 employees in the Veolia North America Mountain Branch are based in Henderson, CO with satellite offices in Washington, Utah, and Arizona.  Departmental functions include Sales, Technical Sales Support, Chemical Laboratory, Process Equipment Maintenance, Environmental Services, Material Handling, Truck/Tanker/ Railcar Transportation, Environmental Health & Safety, Receiving, Billing, and Accounting.  The branch is supported by a Houston-based executive team and a Milwaukee-based IT and financial shared service center.
 
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of clerical functions to include billing and collections. May perform other
duties of a clerical nature as assigned or directed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Daily prepare customer invoices based on billing packet and contract information
 Deliver invoices to customers via web portals, email, or mail
 Regularly contact customers for the collection of past due invoices, including the processing of credit memos
or refunds of credit account balances
 Respond to fixed facility customer scheduling requests received by phone or email
 Coordinate with sales and customer service personnel regarding customer billing inquiries
 Other duties including invoice audits, billing packet distribution, etc.

Profil Requi

Education/Experience:
High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required
Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline preferred
Prior related work experience of 1 year required
Certification/Licenses:
 None
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
 Strong team player
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines
 Strong customer orientation
 Computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and accounting/financial system software
with accounting module implantation experience preferred
 Basic understanding of accounting principles and technical requirements
