Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE

We are looking for a Junior Analyst Intern to join our Municipal Water Development, Strategy & Innovation team. The candidate will work closely with communications, technical staff, and senior management on business development (BD) and decarbonization strategies by producing technical analyses, competitive proposals, client presentations, and marketing materials.

PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of a manager or director, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in analyzing commercial and financial datasets
  • Provide market and business development analysis and support
  • Participate in structuring and developing new offers, with a focus on decarbonization and digital solutions
  • Engage with the BD community

Qualifications

Education / Experience / Background

  • Be in the final year of pursuing a Bachelor's degree or be pursuing a Master’s degree with an emphasis in Science, Engineering, Communication, Marketing, or Business.
  • Familiarity with or coursework in energy management, water/wastewater, climate change, and sustainability.
  • Familiarity with or coursework in corporate culture change, continuous improvement, and business development.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and writing skills.
  • Collaborative and creative team player.
  • Strong self-motivation and initiative.
  • Strong organization, project management, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, and ability to contribute efficiently to problem solving sessions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
