This position is to provide customer and sales support functions for our rapidly growing North American lab water business while following standards, policies and procedures for our organization. This is a salaried position.
 
Duties of this position include (but are not limited to):
•         Answers incoming calls and emails regarding purchase orders, billing / payment, pricing, product availability, and other general inquiries from customers, sales representatives and technicians
•         Uses CRM database to process sales orders, send order confirmations, update orders for billing
•         Matches up and files paperwork
•         Works within distributor online portals to retrieve purchase orders and update shipping information
•         Assists with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests
•         Assists with processing payments; such as customer credit cards
•         Inside sales support, including proactively calling customers and sales quote support
•         Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism while working to establish a positive rapport with customers, sales representatives, technicians and office colleagues
•         Supports other department requirements for Customer Care related support
•         Supports additional projects brought forth by General Management
 
Successful candidates will have:
•         Associates degree preferred
•         3 years of experience in customer support role
•         Excellent computer skills, primarily with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
•         The ability to work in a team environment; a friendly and cooperative/positive attitude is required
•         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•         Uses patience and courtesy while resolving customer complaints and conflict
•         Respects and follows all standard operating procedures
•         Prominent organizational skills and excellent time management skills
•         The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to details
•         Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
•         Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
•         Must be honest, assertive and systematic
•         Experience working for an ISO certified company is a plus
•         Minimal travel may be required
