Job Description

Working under  the head of the unit, you will have overall responsibility for  operations, including:
- managing the operation personnel (at one or several sites)
- managing schedules
- contributing to drawing up the budget and monitoring key indicators (rota optimization, unités d'œuvres, etc.)
- ensuring vehicle fleet supervision in collaboration with the technical manager or workshop manager
- participating in labor relations management
- ensuring the application of safety and security rules for people and property
- managing relations with customers, suppliers and public authorities.

Job Requirements

You will have sound experience of operations in service activities, and also of managing operating personnel.
Qualities required: good skills in interpersonal relations, dynamism, good listening capacity; this position requires mainly managerial and organizational skills that need a lot of flexibility, close work with others on the ground and the ability to work independently.
