Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage all aspects of the procurement spend cube; specifically build dimensions, map categories, run ad-hoc reports, and develop dashboards for preferred vendor compliance
  • Capture and validate procurement savings from operations, functions, and corporate procurement
  • Review procurement tickets for new vendors/procurement support and resolve with stakeholder or assign to category manager
  • Create and manage hosted catalogs in procure to pay systems such as Coupa or Ariba
  • Develop tools to monitor compliance with procurement policies and process for managing and reporting exceptions
  • Obtain and analyze invoice data from suppliers for contract compliance and to optimize consumption. 
  • Develop and run reports in various procurement systems, including Coupa, Ariba, Neo/Amex, Purchasing Card, Fleet etc. Assist with administration of technology configuration and data interfaces. Monitor performance measurements, resolve issues, drive continuous improvements in service levels. 
  • Support procurement initiatives including RFPs, configure and run eAuctions
  • Responsible for maintaining the content of the internal procurement web-site, including global framework agreements, organizational/contact info etc. 

  • Prepare and distribute monthly reporting, including exception reports, attestations.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and data management skills. Ability to draw insights from data and create appropriate visualizations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to juggle multiple priorities. 
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Good written and oral communications skills and able to work effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Must be strong in Google suite applications, specifically, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Slides, Hangouts etc. 
  • Must be advanced in Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel etc.
  • Must have experience in P2P applications such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Concur or any other P2P/expense/travel system.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Business Intelligence preferred
  • Fluency in Tableau prefered

Required Experience
  • 5 experience in a professional environment, as an analyst or systems admin
  • Minimum 2 years experience in procurement function 

  • Have or working towards CPSM certification
  • Associates Degree required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
