Job Description

Under the direction of the Asset Manager coordinates and administrates the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS/EAM) Software and Database systems including interfaces. The incumbent will be responsible for interfacing with other departments that impact the CMMS/EAM’s such as Purchasing, Finance, Accounting, IT support service etc.

•Coordinates and administrates the on-site CMMS/EAM Software, Database and Reporting systems including interfaces to other systems, responsible for ongoing business improvement and application support to improve sound business decisions, work management improvement, and contract compliance
•Training Responsibilities - This position is the primary on-site end user trainer both formal and informal for the CMMS/EAM and supported systems, responsible to develop local training materials that support the business objectives and work flows
•Support Responsibilities - End user support, troubleshoot reported issues, identifying the root cause of the issue enlisting and coordinating additional support as needed for resolution satisfactory to the end user. Liaison between the functional end users and the technical support team for all installed CMMS’s and interfaces
•Responsible for implementing standard Veolia CMMS/EAM standards and workflow, is the main conduit from Veolia Water Milwaukee to Veolia corporate resources, responsible for on-site system testing for development for interfaces, changes, patches and fixes
•Report Development for various stakeholders and runs reports for tracking progress of the systems for management, overseeing accuracy of data and enforcing data standards in reporting, Metrics/KPI report generation/graphing; review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents in the reporting environments

Job Requirements

Previous Experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise business systems, highly desired.

5 - 10 years of overall experience in a related field

Bachelor’s Degree in related field desired, for the right candidate an Associates Degree with additional specialized courses in database management and/or database certifications will be considered. Advanced Degrees in Business, Analytics, Database Analysis or other related fields preferred.

Maturity sufficient to interact credibly with external shareholders, people at all levels of the company varying from business users to company executives, consultants, and with the client. Will need to act with a level of humility sufficient to fully listen to site staff and learn the detail of site history and specificities. Must demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
