Job Summary:
As a 'Waste Tracking Coordinator you will have the following duties:
Responsible for complying, reviewing, and keying inventory data into automated systems.   Track and maintain inbound and outbound manifest records in an efficient and effective manner.  Also, reviews and reconciles a variety of monthly waste related reports and distributes to appropriate personnel.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    •         Enter inbound material tracking data (inbound drums) into waste tracking system.
    •         Review inbound manifest paperwork for compliance with notices and notifies appropriate personnel of any improper discrepancies.
    •         Compile data from operating records, review for errors and determine corrections in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures.
    •         Provide daily movement and inventory reports for waste preparation prior to routing to appropriate personnel and locations.
    •         On a scheduled basis key-in physical inventory and review for errors.  Reconcile and/or resolve errors with appropriate operations personnel in accordance with procedures.
    •         Completes a variety of summary reports pertaining to inventory reconciliation and creates miscellaneous reports on an as-needed basis.
    •         Ensure all receipts are released to billing in a timely and accurate manner.
    •         Interact with operations and billing to ensure all receipts are entered and accurate.
    •         Respond to phone inquires from internal and external customers and follow-up as appropriate.
    •         Run Certificate of Destruction (COD) or Certificate of Recycling (COR) reports and issues COD/COR to customers upon request.
    •         Performs other related duties of clerical nature assigned by immediate supervisor.
    Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    •         Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
•         Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
•         Good written and verbal communication skills

Basic Qualifications:
•         High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) from an accredited institution
•         Ability to work in the US without company sponsorship
•         Minimum of two years experience with Excel

•         Associate’s degree from an accredited institution
•         Minimum one year experience in an administrative position
